Private house of 334 sq.m. in the cottage village Ruza Chalet. On the first floor there is a large kitchen-living room, office, guest bathroom and utility room. On the second floor there is a master-block and two guest bedrooms with their own bathrooms. The concept is based on strict geometry and monochromatic shades, allowing the main accent to use the view of the pine forest outside the window. To emphasize the closeness of nature, we diluted the neutral background with rough natural forms of slabs and wooden surfaces, and added stone and concrete textures to the finish. In the center of the kitchen-living room we placed a two-meter high fireplace, thus playing with the supporting column and increasing it to the size we needed. A large sofa group on two sides allows you to sit comfortably both towards the projector, which is built into a niche above the window, and towards the fireplace. In the master-block area we designed an open bathroom area with a freestanding bathtub, sinks and shower behind a tinted glass partition. The toilet is located in a separate room behind a slatted door with opaque glass. It will repeat the black glass decorating the wall behind the bed. In the other part of the room is a closet with open sections for daily use and a spacious closet for storing the rest of the clothes. |
