ROME ITALY
Apartments 123 m2

We are always interested in foreign projects. They are more complicated but at the same time they provide irreplaceable experience in communications, working with new markets of finishing materials, different architecture and construction standards. In order to prepare the highest quality design-project, we specially came to Rome, got acquainted with the owners of the apartment and made an accurate measurement. The old layout originally from the 80-s did not correspond to the concepts of a comfortable and modern interior. The layout we have developed has changed the concept of living in this apartment and each zone has received a functional purpose and meaning. At the same time we were initially very limited in variability due to the peculiarities of engineering system and redevelopment standards.

The minimalistic finish was dictated by the tastes of our customers, a certain set budget for implementation and maximum simplicity of implementation. The design is dominated by warm natural shades of green and red in combination with a neutral background. Ceramic granite with a fine terrazzo texture was used on the bathroom floor, the choice of which we wanted to emphasize the history of this material and the geography of the project. In the kitchen and in the living room we used louvered shutters. They also emphasize the Italian flavor and are found everywhere on the windows of the city.
