LIFE Kutuzovsky business class residential quarter in south-west Moscow near the Setun River Valley nature reserve. A high floor, large panoramic windows, and a great view definitely decide a lot in this apartment. The planning solution at first glance does not seem complicated, but a lot of careful work has been done on it. According to the wishes of the customers we had to have a living room-kitchen with an island, a master-block with a closet and a bathroom, two children's and children's bathroom with a bath, a dressing room at the entrance, as well as a guest bathroom, which was to accommodate a washing machine and dryer and shower for the dog. The interior itself is done in a muted palette using gray and graphite monochrome tones. For coziness and contrast, we added a warm shade of wood. Natural stone tiles, which were used on the island, are repeated at the entrance to the apartment, and then logically "flows" into the adjacent rooms - a closet and a bathroom. This way we emphasize the minimalist ambiance and connect the spaces of the apartment. |
