The house is located in a picturesque place on the river bank. The layout was worked out at the stage of approval of the architectural solution. It takes into account the wishes of our customers, their lifestyle, hospitability and a special requirement for comfort. In addition to the necessary facilities at the disposal of the owners and guests of the house there is a spa area with a steam room, a warm terrace, a billiard room and guest rooms with a private bathroom. The design of the house was developed in accordance with the exterior – the graphite color of the façade brick and the shade of wood on the exterior finish is repeated in the interior. In our opinion this is an important point which does not create dissonance between the external and internal atmosphere of the house. The interior style is calm, strict but cozy was chosen in order to remain relevant for many years. |
